- Most IT (Information Technology) companies/ job employers hire applicants with "Java" experience and knowledge of other languages/server applications.
- ICTM Professionals are also called "Masters of Technology" so they are given more job offers than other courses in my opinion.
- Computer knowledge + Management skills are taught to the ICTM students hoping that someday, they will be "Masters of Technology".
Some companies/employers would require different non-technical skills depending on the job. If you are just a Java programmer, you won't need communication skills because your responsibility is just to program and not to talk. This applies to other jobs.
I have all the non-technical skills needed but I still need to hone these skills to be qualified.
Of course, computer-related courses are needed to get into these jobs.
